Owen County Community Foundation will be awarding two Lilly Endowment Community Scholarships in the spring of 2009 for the 2009-2010 school year. These scholarships pay all tuition and required fees for four years of study leading to a baccalaureate degree at any Indiana university or college. A $750 a year book stipend is also included.
