Economic Development Fund
​This fund was established in 1998 to act as a facilitator for economic development for Owen County. This fund works directly with Owen County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development to payout a designated grant each year to aid in their various programs all to benefit the county.
MYPath Fund
This fund exists to hold gifts for the design and development of the MYPath multi-use trail and to fund on-going expenses for maintenance and upkeep of the trail. Learn more about MYPath.
Disaster Recovery Fund
​This fund was established in response to the flood of 2008 which drastically impacted the lives of Owen County residents. This fund exists to provide support in the wake of natural disasters and emergency situations. It has provided aid for the good works of the COAD and Rebuild Owen County Committees.
Community Children's Christmas Fund
This fund was established in 2013 to help bring holiday cheer to all of Owen County! More recently, this fund has been used to support the Shop with a Cop program that is undertaken by the Spencer Force of Police each year to help children in need receive necessities while fostering a positive relationship with local law enforcement.
