Our Team
In mid-2020, Janet Rummel was selected by OCCF’s Board of Directors as the new President & CEO of our local charity. Janet is a ten-year resident of Owen County, and before joining our team, she served as Director of Community Initiatives at the Indiana University Center for Rural Engagement. Janet is the third executive to lead the OCCF in its 28-year history.

Karah graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University - Bloomington in 2019 with a focus in marketing and professional sales. Karah is passionate about helping donors fulfill their philanthropic wishes, maintaining and improving the sustainability of the OCCF, and giving back to the community where she grew up.
Tony Craig assumed the role of Data and Operations Manager at the Owen County Community Foundation in September 2023. Residing in Terre Haute, he has a loving wife and three children, aged 14, 11, and 9. In addition to his role with the Foundation, Tony serves as a dedicated Medic in the Air Force Reserve, stationed at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, a commitment spanning over 16 years of service.
